Otherwise known as "Ada Lo Yada" cake...if there is a mitzvah to drink wine on Purim- why not have your wine and eat it too??? This moist, dense, rich, decadent chocolate cake is complemented by the complex flavor of Cabernet (or any other good dry red wine) and well accompanied by a lightly sweet and delicate Moscato Creme'. An awesome ending to any Purim meal.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt- set aside.
Using a high-speed mixer, beat together the margarine on sugar on high speed for 4 minutes- the mixture should be cream color and have an airy/ fluffy texture. Reduce speed to medium and add one egg at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture. Add vanilla and Cabernet and beat until well incorporated. Gradually add flour mixture until well incorporated. Pour batter into a well greased bundt pan and bake for 35-50 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
