5-6 lb. Chicken pieces (your choice)
Salt and freshly ground Pepper
1 tbs. dried food-grade Lavender, pulsed
2 tbs. dried Rosemary, pulsed
2 tsp. dried Thyme
1 tsp. crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 400°f. Combine the lavender, rosemary, thyme, red pepper, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper. Pour the liquid over the chicken and oven-roast for 20-30min, or until chicken is tender and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste every 10 minutes. Enjoy, y'all.
