Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour. In separate bowl, mix the oil, eggs, rich’s whip, and vanilla. Mix together and slowly pour in coffee and cocoa.Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan and bake 50-60 min or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
1 cup Confectioners' Sugar
1 tsp. Instant Coffee
1 TBS. Hot Water
3 TBS. Vegetable Oil
Whisk the confectioners' sugar, coffee, and hot water in a small bowl. Add the oil and continue to whisk until smooth. If you find the glaze to be too thick, slowly add small amounts of water (about 1 teaspoon at a time) until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
